Return & Exchange Policy

IIf your size doesn’t feel right, you can exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it.

➡️ You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

➡️ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

➡️ Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for refunds, but may be exchanged for size or defect (if available).

➡️ Accessories and limited-edition items may not qualify for returns.

➡️ Step 1: Email us at clothingexora@gmail.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return or exchange.

➡️ Step 2: Our team will respond with return instructions and address details.

➡️ Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be notified about the approval status.

➡️ Step 4: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

➡️ If the size or color isn’t right, we’ll gladly exchange it — subject to stock availability.

➡️ The replacement item will be shipped once your original product is received and verified.

➡️ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

➡️ For defective or wrong items, Exora will cover the shipping costs or send a replacement free of charge.

➡️ If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at clothingexora@gmail.com with clear photos.

➡️ We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

➡️ Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item.

➡️ Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error from our end.
